TPK Health and Safety Kaupapa
Te Puni Kōkiri has developed their Health and Safety Kaupapa. The kaupapa outlines the commitment by Te Puni Kōkiri to ensure work and the places they work are healthy and safe for all kaimahi, volunteers, contractors, and other workers who may be involved in their mahi.
Drawing on Te Whare Tapa Whā, it focuses on four key aspects of wellbeing and how Te Puni Kōkiri will support their workers' wellbeing in these areas.
Taha Wairua, Taha Tinana, Taha Hinengaro and Taha Whānau all need to be nurtured and supported for kaimahi to thrive. They recognise their kaimahi must thrive to be able to help whānau thrive.
